Innatium

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 13 July 2026

1. About Innatium

Innatium (“we”, “us”, “the platform”) is an Australian skill-based competition platform currently in pre-launch. These Terms govern your membership of the Innatium founding-member waitlist and your use of this website. By creating a waitlist account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Innatium is operated by [Innatium Pty Ltd — ABN to be inserted before public launch].

2. The Waitlist & Founding Membership

Joining the waitlist is free. Founding membership positions are numbered in order of registration and capped at 1,000 founding spots. A waitlist account does not guarantee access to any particular competition, prize, or platform feature. We may modify launch timing, features, and competition offerings at our discretion. We will notify you by email when the platform launches.

3. iCredits

iCredits are promotional pre-launch reward points. They are NOT money, NOT a financial product, NOT cryptocurrency, and have NO cash value before platform launch. iCredits cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash at any time. At platform launch, iCredits in your account convert to competition entry credit at the rate of 100 iCredits = $1.00 AUD of entry credit, usable solely to enter competitions on the platform. Entry credit from iCredits is not withdrawable as cash. We reserve the right to adjust, void, or remove iCredits obtained through fraud, self-referral, automation, or manipulation of the referral program. If the platform does not launch, iCredits expire with no compensation owed.

4. Referral Program

Each member receives a unique referral link. A successful referral occurs when a new person creates a valid waitlist account through your link. Referral rewards follow the published tier ladder on the Rewards page. Prohibited: self-referral (creating multiple accounts), automated or bot signups, purchasing referrals, spam distribution of referral links in violation of the Spam Act 2003, and any misleading representation of Innatium when sharing. Breach may result in forfeiture of all iCredits and account termination. Referral counts and tiers are calculated by our systems and our records are final.

5. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and an Australian resident to join the waitlist and to participate in competitions at launch. One waitlist account per person. We may require identity verification before prize payment at launch.

6. Competitions (at launch)

All Innatium competitions are skill-based. Winners are determined solely by published, objective skill criteria — never by chance, draw, or random selection at any stage, including tiebreakers (which use earliest valid submission time or other non-chance criteria). Competitions are governed by Australian Consumer Law. Innatium competitions are not gambling and do not require a gambling licence or state/territory permits. Full competition-specific terms, including entry fees, prize pools, judging criteria and timing, will be published for each competition before entries open.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not: attempt to breach, probe or overload our systems; scrape or harvest member data; impersonate Innatium or others; use the site for unlawful purposes; or interfere with other members’ use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Innatium name, I8I mark, site design, competition formats and all platform content are our intellectual property. You may share your referral link and public pages; you may not otherwise reproduce our content commercially without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law (whose consumer guarantees are not excluded where they apply), we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from waitlist membership, iCredits, referral outcomes, launch timing changes, or site availability. Our total liability for any claim relating to the pre-launch waitlist is limited to $50 AUD. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or site notice, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions and disputes: [contact email to be inserted] — we aim to respond within 5 business days.
